I am a Master Level, Board Certified CT and MA State Licensed Counselor offering both mental health and addictions counseling. I offer over a decade and a half of experience in recovery from substance abuse, trauma and anxiety/depression management, as well as many other evidence-based sub-specialties and alternative modalities.
